Below is the ������Ƶ Laboratories Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”), effective January 1, 2015. The Code now makes better use of technology to communicate with ������Ƶ employees and other stakeholders around the world about our values, and addresses the modern needs of our global company by setting forth common ethical expectations applicable to our diverse operations around the world. All employees of ������Ƶ Laboratories are required to certify that they understand and will abide by their commitments under the Code of Business Conduct, including their commitments with respect to reporting potential Code violations.
